Neoflinq LLC operates Rolling Design Sync. This policy covers our website and hosted-version waitlist.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, the agent tool you use. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request data to host the site, prevent abuse, and run security checks.

Why we use it

We use your email for launch announcements and early-access invitations. Your optional agent-tool choice helps us plan early access. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your consent

Our legal basis for waitlist emails is your consent, confirmed by double opt-in: after signup, confirm the link in your inbox before receiving marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Who processes the data

Cloudflare provides hosting and Turnstile security checks. Loops stores waitlist contact details and sends confirmation, launch, and early-access emails. These processors may process data outside your country under their applicable data-protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

We retain waitlist details until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after launch, whichever comes first. We also remove unconfirmed signups by that deadline. Cloudflare retains security and request data under its own service retention policies.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data, and object to processing where applicable. Use the unsubscribe link to stop emails, or contact privacy@rollingdesignsync.com to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Cookies and security

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics trackers. Any Turnstile or Cloudflare security cookies are strictly necessary for abuse prevention and secure access, not advertising.
